Vanilla Petit Fours

Rise Up Baking can bake you ANYTHING. We are sure of it, after baking things we never thought we could. Here is a list of what we know. If you don’t see what you want, we can probably work it out.*

Bars: Lemon Bars, Flan (de Huevo or de Limon y Canela), Berry Bars, Apple-Pear Crisp, Brownies (available in Regular, Mint Rosemany or Walnut), Dried Fruit & Nut Squares, Petit Fours

Cupcakes: Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Carrotcake | Icings: Chocolate Ganache Glaze (available in Milk, Dark, w/Espresso, w/Mint, w/Orange or w/Cinnamon & Chile), Vanilla Buttercream, Merengue Buttercream, Creamcheese Frosting

Pies: (9″, 5″ or mini 2″ tartlettes) Apple, Apple-Pear, Apple-Cranberry, Mulberry-Gooseberry, Blueberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Cherry, Plum, Plum-Pear, Peach, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Lemon Merengue, Key Lime

Tarts: Pear Custard, Apricot Custard, Cheesecake, Flan (de Huevo or de Limon y Canela)

Cookies: Shortbread, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Whoopie Pie, Oatmeal, “Joaquin’s Dreams” (Oatmeal cookies w/ chocolate or carob chips, walnuts or almond slivers and raisins, dried cherries, cranberries or candied ginger)

Donuts: Plain, Coconut, Chocolate, Apple Cider, Jelly Donuts (choose from any flavor of jelly, jam, marmalade or preserves for the filling. Rise Up Baking classics include Orange/Ginger, Sour Cherry and Blueberry/Blackberry)

* All fresh fruit pastries are subject to seasonal availability.
