Tarts: Pear Custard, Apricot Custard, Cheesecake, Flan (de Huevo or de Limon y Canela)
Cookies: Shortbread, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Whoopie Pie, Oatmeal, “Joaquin’s Dreams” (Oatmeal cookies w/ chocolate or carob chips, walnuts or almond slivers and raisins, dried cherries, cranberries or candied ginger)
Donuts: Plain, Coconut, Chocolate, Apple Cider, Jelly Donuts (choose from any flavor of jelly, jam, marmalade or preserves for the filling. Rise Up Baking classics include Orange/Ginger, Sour Cherry and Blueberry/Blackberry)
