Cakes: Fluffy White Cake, Yellow Cake, Devil’s Food Cake, Lemon Cake, Vegan Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake, Marble Cake, German Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Trés Leches Cake
Icings: Vanilla Merengue Buttercream, Cream Cheese Frosting, Whipped Cream Icing, Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting, Dark Chocolate Ganache Glaze (Caramel, Mint, Orange Zest, Cinnamon and / or Chile-infused, or plain chocholate), Creamy Chocolate Icing
Fillings (these go between layers of cake): Dulce de Leche (Caramelized Milk) Lemon Zest, Jam or Preserves (Cherry, Blackberry, Raspberry, Ginger, Orange Marmalade are really good), Whipped Cream, or any one of the Icings above.
Decoration: Traditional Icing flowers and borders, Lettering, Fruit, Natural or Chrystalized Flowers, Cocoa Powerder or Confectioners’ Sugar Stencils
